Dr. Don Ross Superintendent, Northwest Ministry Network

Dr. Don Ross currently serves as the Northwest Ministry Network Leader, overseeing more than 350 churches and 1,400 ministers. He served as the lead pastor of the Creekside Church in Seattle, from 1995-2014. Don earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Bakke Graduate School in Seattle. Don is the author of two books, Turnaround Pastor, which outlines his story leading a turnaround church and key principles for a church turnaround and Tale of Two Churches: Why Being both Missional and Pentecostal Matters. Don and his wife Brenda, live in Kenmore. They have three married children, Kelly, Kathy and Tom, and seven grandchildren.


Joseph S. Girdler, DMin KMN Superintendent / Network Pastor

Joseph S. Girdler, D.Min., has served as KMN Superintendent since 2004. His previous long-term pastorate was recognized from thousands of AGUSA congregations for achieving Top 100 status in World Missions, while his wife, Dr. Renee V. Girdler, was honored as the first woman in AG history to serve on the AG World Missions Board.

Pastor Joe is the author of Setting the Atmosphere for the Day of Worship (I & II), Redemptive Missiology in Pneumatic Context, Keys to the Apostolic and Prophetic: Embracing the Authentic, Avoiding the Bizarre co-authored with Dr. Carolyn Tennant, and Revival, Racism & Rapture: A Fireside Reflection on Culture and Times.
